You are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Calgary-Shaw United Conservative Party Constituency Association, to be held on: Date: Tuesday December 16, 2025. Registration Opens: 6:30pm. Call To Order: 7:00pm. Where: Cardel Rec, South Fish Creek Canadians Room, 2nd floor, rink 3 entrance (333 Shawville Blvd SE, Calgary). This Annual General Meeting will elect the Board for the Constituency Association, including a President, Secretary, CFO, and up to 27 additional directors. If you wish to let your name stand for a position on the Board, please e-mail Calgary-Shaw@unitedconservative.ca. You must be an active UCP member of the Calgary-Shaw constituency at least 21 days prior to the meeting in order to vote. Cut-off to purchase or renew your membership in order to vote is November 25, 2025. Please bring a government-issued photo ID and a document that proves your residency in the constituency, such as a driver's license with your current address. Following the AGM there will be a meeting of the newly elected Board of Directors.
