You are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting of the Calgary-Acadia United Conservative Party Constituency Association, to be held on: Date: Thursday December 11, 2025. Call To Order: 7:00pm. Where: Canyon Meadows Community Association – Canterbury Hall (844 Cantabrian Drive SW, Calgary). This Annual General Meeting will elect the Board for the Constituency Association, including a President, Secretary, CFO, and up to 27 additional directors. You must be an active UCP member of the Calgary-Acadia constituency at least 21 days prior to the meeting in order to vote. Cut-off to purchase or renew your membership in order to vote is November 20, 2025. Please bring a government-issued photo ID and a document that proves your residency in the constituency. Following the AGM there will be a meeting of the newly elected Board of Directors.
